At this time, we do not ship to Russia.
The estimated delivery time for international shipping is 4-11 business days, depending on your location, starting from the moment the product has been shipped out.
Shipping can be expected to arrive quicker in the Baltic states.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ray L'Mondes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at raylmondes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
